Maddox Elementary's library has a collection of over 8,000 books.  Approximately 4,500 of the books are fiction books, with the rest of the collection being non-fiction or reference books.  The library also has a collection of bi-lingual books (books written in English and Spanish) that are available for check-out.  All books that are available for check-out by the students are Accelerated Reader books, meaning that the students can read the books and take AR quizzes after they've completed the books.

Library schedule:

Monday/Wednesday: 7:50-10:45, 12:15-1:50

Tuesday/Thursday: 7:50-8:10, 9:45-10:25

Friday: 7:50-10:45, 12:15-2:30
